Privacy policy

Last updated August 2026. Plain language, because it should be.

What we collect

This website does not require an account and does not track you across other sites. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email — typically your name, organization, role and the context you provide.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your inquiry and to assess whether there is a fit for a partnership, project or investment conversation. We do not sell information, and we do not share it outside HyVera without your consent.

Information shared by a First Nation or community organization stays with that community. We treat it as confidential by default.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to remember your cookie choice and keep the site working. With your consent we may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookies link in the footer, or by clearing your browser storage.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful to the relationship. You can ask us what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on that request.

Questions about this policy can be sent to info@hyveraenergy.com.
